open road

wind pulls us

on the long black ribbon road

in a heart beat I could be

torn away

I lean in closer to you

    • Thank you very much for stopping by Sarah. There is something quite breath taking (literally) about being on a bike but no being the one in control of the machine. I am happy that this poem was able to convey that 🙂
